Returns And Refunds

 

If for any reason you require a full refund or you would like to return your product you have the right to a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.

 

All items must be unused with labels intact. 

 

For refunds, you are responsible for delivery costs but for exchanges we will pay the delivery charges for you.

 

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. 

 

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

 

Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

2. Send your items in original/sealed packaging (if applicable) and with the label intact. Please enclose your order receipt with your order number.

 

3. Please specify whether you will be wanting an exchange or refund. Please remember that if you require an exchange, you will need to specify size, style, etc. Please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value.

 

As soon as we receive your return items you will receive an email notification.
